Medical Weight Loss Services
Weight-Loss Consultation $50
A virtual consultation to review your medical history, weight-loss goals and potential treatment options. Treatment eligibility is determined after clinical evaluation.
Semaglutide Program
$350 starting
Monthly program includes semaglutide, clinically appropriate supportive medications and two follow-up visits each month. Pricing varies according to the prescribed dosage. Pricing increases with dose increase.
Tirzepatide Program
$500 starting
Monthly program includes tirzepatide, clinically appropriate supportive medications and two follow-up visits each month. Final pricing depends on the prescribed dosage. Pricing increases with dose increase.
Laboratory Requisition
$50
A laboratory order may be provided when testing is clinically appropriate. This fee covers the requisition and does not include charges collected separately by the laboratory.

Personalized virtual weight-management support designed to help you pursue your health goals safely and confidently. Each patient is evaluated individually to determine eligibility and the most appropriate treatment plan.
Oral Weight-Management Program
$125
Prescription weight-management support for clinically eligible patients. Treatment requires an individual medical evaluation and appropriate ongoing monitoring. A prescription is not guaranteed for phentermine.
MICC Lipotropic Medication
$25 per ml
Available as an optional addition to an individualized weight-management plan when clinically appropriate. Eligibility and recommended use are determined following medical evaluation.
Vitamin B12 Injection Medication
$25 per ml
Available when clinically appropriate following an individual evaluation. Recommended use is based on each patient’s health history and clinical needs.
